Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your SNOWSHOES gear. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 60 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please reach out to our support team and we’ll make it right immediately.
